Easy ordering process, good product description and clear delivery information.

Extremely helpful young lady who guided me through placing my order for a garden shed.

Mini greenhouse. The order and delivery process was excellent.
This item requires self assembly although all screws, clips and hinges are provided. The build quality of the item is ok, a bit rough around the edges and two of the pieces of wood are warped so the joins aren’t as snug as they could be.
The instructions could be clearer and more detailed to make for a speedier assembly. More pictures showing where best to place for example the hinges, would avoid trial and error.
I intend to sand down the greenhouse and stain it to improve the appearance, although this isn’t essential apparently as the wood is preserved and guaranteed for 15 years.

Absolute disgrace of a company. Miss them out and go direct to supplier. If any problems they will shun all responsibility. And for added insult they deal with trading standards daily.... wow what a bonus that is !!!!

Dealing with shed store was very smooth and efficient. My problem was that I ordered what I thought would be the perfect shed for my requirements given my short time scale to install. I ordered a Absco shed and assembly was supposed to be easy and quick. However it was nothing of the sort, took 2 1/2 days to assemble. Very few of the "pre drilled" holes were predrilled. It was a nightmare. I have assembled all types of sheds in the past, but this Absco shed was by far the worst. Would not recommend. This is not the Shedstores fault.

Telephone manner very poor don't listen to you just want to dismiss you.Not very assuring. I would advise not to deal with this company.

I wanted a reasonable priced cold frame but of good quality. I feel have received both from this company.

Shed delivered on time. A bit tricky to set up, not for doing on a windy day, must be set up in a nice level base. Looks nice.
